We want you to love your LOLSTAR backdrop. If it's not the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Items that have been hung, used at an event, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return
1. Email us at support@lolstar-official.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with your return approval and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, including Express Shipping, are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it within 3 business days and email you to let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't need to pay any return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of approval, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If you still need help, email us at support@lolstar-official.com.
