Shipping & Delivery
Your party has a date, so here's how to make sure your backdrop gets there first.
Standard shipping takes 7โ12 days in transit, about 9โ15 days total. Express takes 5โ8 days, about 7โ11 days total.
We prepare your order in 2โ3 business days, then email you a tracking link the moment it ships.
We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your event. Cutting it close? Choose Express.
Returns & Care
If your backdrop arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
Not the right fit? You can return it unused and in its original packaging within [30] days of delivery. See our return policy for details.
To reuse it, fold it loosely, store it somewhere dry, and give it a gentle shake to fluff it back up.
If you hang it outdoors, secure all edges on windy days and let it air-dry fully before folding. Keep it away from candles, heaters and open flames.
