Standard shipping takes 7–12 days in transit, about 9–15 days total. Express takes 5–8 days, about 7–11 days total.

Returns & Care
If your backdrop arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.
Not the right fit? You can return it unused and in its original packaging within [30] days of delivery. See our return policy for details.
To reuse it, fold it loosely, store it somewhere dry, and give it a gentle shake to fluff it back up.
If you hang it outdoors, secure all edges on windy days and let it air-dry fully before folding. Keep it away from candles, heaters and open flames.
